The Presence of God
We honor, treasure, and reverence the presence of God. We recognize that apart from Him we can do nothing, and don’t want to be a church without Him in our midst. Though God is everywhere, we desire to experience His immediate and active presence among us.
The Kingdom of God
We willingly submit to the Father as our King and Jesus as our Lord. We seek first His kingdom and contend to see His kingdom come and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. When the kingdom of God is advancing, the results are seen in both character transformation and demonstrations of power.
The Love of God
God is love. As we experience His great love for us, we offer ourselves to Him in response. We are rooted and grounded in the Father’s love and engage in a loving relationship with Him. We also love each other as the family of God, living as a community who sacrificially serve one another.
The Word of God
We hold the Scriptures in high esteem and strive to be grounded in the Word in all that we practice and preach. We rely on the Bible as the final authority in all areas of life, teaching, and church expression.
The Mission of God
We are active participants in God’s mission. We have been sent into the world and empowered by the Holy Spirit to preach the gospel, make disciples of Jesus, and see His kingdom advance. We want to see the lost saved and God’s people equipped to bring the influence of His kingdom into all areas of society.
