Welcome Chad Marriott and Nikki Patterson to the Threshold Team!

We are excited to announce new additions to the Threshold Church team! This past Sunday we had a commissioning prayer time for Chad Marriott and Nikki Patterson, as they step into staff positions.

Chad Marriott: Worship Director

Chad is stepping in as the Worship Director. We are excited about the passion, gifting, and leadership that he is bringing to this important area. Chad and his wife Sarah moved from England to Lancaster just over two years ago. They have been connected to Threshold for over a year and a half, and Chad was already functioning as a vital part of the worship department.

Nikki Patterson: Kids Ministry Administrator

Nikki is our Kids Ministry Administrator. She will work alongside Ruthann Rutherford, our Kids Ministry Director, focusing on the administrative side of Kids Ministry. Nikki and her husband Ethan have been a part of Threshold for several years, and we’re excited to have Nikki stepping into this role.
